For property owners

Your parking lot can work harder.

A handful of well-positioned parking spaces can become a long-term income-producing site while attracting EV drivers to the businesses already on your property.

Fixed site income

Qualified property owners can create a new revenue stream through a long-term lease of designated parking-area space.

More customer visits

Charging drivers have a natural reason to visit nearby restaurants, stores, grocery, coffee and other tenant amenities.

VOLTY manages the network

Your team does not become a charging operator. VOLTY manages the charging business and day-to-day customer experience.

A new destination

A reliable fast-charging location can turn your property into a repeat stop for local EV drivers, commuters and travelers.

Simple partnership

Lease the spaces.
VOLTY runs the site.

We are focused on existing, strategically located commercial properties. The model is simple: identify a strong site, secure a long-term parking-area lease, deploy charging infrastructure and operate it.

01

Submit the property

Send us the address, property type, ownership contact and basic details about the plaza.

02

We evaluate the site

VOLTY reviews traffic, access, nearby EV demand, amenities, visibility, parking layout and power feasibility.

03

Agree on lease terms

For qualified locations, we work with ownership toward a long-term agreement for the required parking and equipment area.

04

Deploy & operate

VOLTY coordinates the charging deployment and ongoing operations while the property continues serving its tenants and customers.

Why owners partner

New income. New traffic. Same property.

EV charging creates a use for parking that can generate lease income and bring drivers onto the property without changing the core business of the plaza.

Designed around long-term alignment.

VOLTY's goal is to become a stable site partner—not a short-term vendor. A long lease gives the charging site time to build driver habits and gives ownership durable property income.

FAQ

Property owner questions.

What exactly does VOLTY lease?

A defined part of an existing commercial property's parking area for public EV charging stalls, together with the space required for supporting charging equipment.

How long is a typical lease?

VOLTY is targeting 10–15 year agreements for qualified sites. Final lease structure, economics, options and site requirements are negotiated property by property.

What properties are you looking for?

Shopping centers, grocery-anchored plazas, restaurant destinations, hotels, mixed-use properties, highway/travel corridors and other high-traffic commercial locations.

Does the property owner operate the chargers?

No. VOLTY's business model is to manage the charging operation. The property owner continues focusing on the property and its tenants.

Will the project require site work?

EV fast charging requires electrical and installation work. VOLTY's strategy, however, is focused on deploying at existing commercial properties rather than developing a new ground-up retail project.

Is VOLTY affiliated with Tesla?

No. VOLTY is an independent company. Charging hardware and network arrangements are determined by site and program availability.
